These Terms & Conditions explain the booking, payment and participation policies for classes, Yoga Nidra sessions, workshops, retreats and other wellbeing services provided by The Yoga Spotâ„¢.

Welcome to The Yoga Spotâ„¢. These Terms & Conditions apply to all students, participants, and visitors using my services. By booking a class, workshop, or retreat, you agree to comply with these policies designed to ensure a safe and supportive environment for everyone.
1. About These Terms
These terms govern the relationship between you and The Yoga Spotâ„¢. I reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Health & Personal Responsibility
Your wellbeing is my priority, however yoga and movement practices require personal awareness and responsibility. By participating, you acknowledge that:
- You are fit and able to participate in the physical activity chosen.
- You have consulted a medical professional if you have any pre-existing conditions or injuries.
- You will inform the instructor of any changes to your health or pregnancy status before class.
- You listen to your body and stop any movement that causes pain or discomfort.
The Yoga Spotâ„¢ is not liable for any injuries sustained during participation where you have exceeded your personal physical limits.
3. Bookings
All bookings must be made in advance through the website booking system. Reservations are only confirmed once payment is received. We recommend booking early as spaces for workshops and retreats are strictly limited.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely via our integrated payment providers. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect bookings already paid for and confirmed.
5. Cancellations by You
Classes
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before class start time will be credited back to your account.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class are non-refundable.
Workshops
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refund minus a small administration fee.
- No refunds are available for cancellations within 7 days of the workshop.
Retreats
Retreat deposits are non-refundable. For full details on retreat cancellation scales based on notice periods, please refer to your specific retreat information pack provided at registration.
6. Cancellations by Me
In the unlikely event that I must cancel a session, workshop or retreat, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
7. Late Arrival
To maintain a quiet and mindful space, entry is not permitted once a class or session has started. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in.
8. Missed Sessions
No refunds or credits are issued for sessions missed due to personal reasons, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances outside of The Yoga Spot's control.
9. Workshops & Retreats
Special terms may apply to specific workshops or retreats (e.g. travel insurance requirements). These will be communicated at the time of booking and supplement these general terms.
10. Behaviour
I reserve the right to ask any participant to leave if their behaviour is disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe to themselves or others. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
11. Personal Belongings
The Yoga Spotâ„¢ is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal items brought to the studio or retreat venues. Please keep valuables with you or stored safely where provided.
12. Photography
Occasionally, photos or videos may be taken during sessions for marketing purposes. You will be asked for consent, and you have the right to decline or ask to be excluded from any shots.
13. Gift Vouchers & Class Packages
Gift vouchers and class blocks have an expiry date as clearly stated at the time of purchase. They are non-refundable and non-transferable between individuals.
14. Website Content
All content on this website, including text, logos, and images, is the property of The Yoga Spotâ„¢ and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use the content without permission.
15. Limitation of Liability
The Yoga Spotâ„¢ is not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or injury that may arise from your participation in my services or use of this website.
16. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy. I am committed to protecting your data and using it only for the purposes of providing you with my services.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts therein.
