Throughout the retreat, you'll enjoy gentle movement, a guided Yoga Nidra practice, an essential oils workshop, create your own personalised oil blend to take home, and share a nourishing seasonal lunch in a peaceful countryside setting. Limited to just 12 guests, The Reset Retreat offers an intimate and welcoming space to pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself. Whether you're completely new to yoga or already have an established practice, you'll be warmly welcomed and supported throughout the day. Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy To help provide a smooth experience for everyone, please note the following: Weekly Yoga Classes: - Cancel more than 24 hours before your class to reschedule or receive a class credit. - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class are non-refundable and cannot usually be credited. Workshops: - Cancel more than 14 days before the event for a full refund. - Cancellations made 7–14 days before may receive a 50% refund or class credit. - Cancellations made within 7 days are generally non-refundable unless your place can be filled from the waiting list. Retreats: - Deposits are non-refundable. - Refunds for remaining balances are subject to the cancellation terms for the specific retreat. If The Yoga Spot Cancels: If a class, workshop or retreat needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, you will be offered either: - A transfer to another session, - A class credit, or - A full refund.
