The Heart Behind The Yoga Spot
Hi, I'm Anna.
Like many people, I discovered yoga by chance while trying every class at my local gym.
I never imagined it would become the space where I learnt to slow down, breathe and reconnect with myself.
Four years later, I now have the privilege of teaching the very class where my own yoga journey began. That full-circle moment reminds me why I do what I do - to help busy people create space for themselves, even when life feels overwhelming.
I believe wellbeing shouldn't feel like another task on your to-do list.
It should feel like coming home to yourself.
MY PHILOSOPHY
How Can I Support You?
Discover the practice that feels right for you, wherever you are on your wellbeing journey.
Not sure where to begin? I'd love to help you find the practice that's right for you.
What Changes When You Create Space for Yourself
Small moments create lasting change. One breath. One practice. One gentle return to yourself.
02
Move.
Move with curiosity instead of pressure, allowing your body to become stronger with kindness.
01
Breathe.
Sometimes one slow breath is enough to remind you that you don't have to carry everything alone.
03
Reconnect.
Rediscover the quiet moments where you feel most like yourself.
Wellbeing isn't about doing more. It is about creating space for what matters most.
04
Rest.
Deep rest isn't a reward for working hard—it's part of living well.

A Quiet Letter
A gentle email, once a month. No noise. Just thoughtful reflections, practices and moments of calm.
I write only when I have something meaningful to share.
