First Video- THE BEFORE: Wobbly arms, shaky core, and more flailing than floating. Every attempt felt like a wild balancing act. Confidence low, breath held, and the wall was my best friend.

Second Video - THE NOW: After 6+ Months of (Kind of) Regular Practice - More control, deeper breath, and way more trust in my body. Core engaged, balance steady, and lifts feel intentional rather than accidental. Still a work in progress—but the difference is real.

Words cannot describe how grateful I am for this journey. One of the hardest things I have ever done, but by far the most rewarding one!!

I never would’ve thought my life would take a turn it did and I’d be here today. Graduating as a Yoga Teacher and absolutely loving every second of it! Never been more happy to be sharing my passion with others and creating memories with the most incredible people 🤍
